Certified OnSite Refund Policy:

Certified OnSite products carry a 30-day refund policy from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

All returns must be returned in a "sellable" condition in order to receive a refund.

Opened consumable products or damaged products cannot be refunded.

Certified OnSite is not responsible for refunding the shipping costs to either originally send or to return products. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Items received after the 30-day money-back guarantee are NON-refundable.

A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns. This fee is calculated on the cost of the product(s) only.

 

Return Policy for Items Purchased Online:

We understand that returning products is often a frustrating experience, but Certified OnSite strives to make the process a simple and straightforward one. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly help you to return your product, when it falls within the guidelines below.

In order for us to process your return, please follow the guidelines below.

Items that have been damaged through customer use or abuse

Non-defective, opened computer software

The restocking fee charges are 15%

Order Cancellation Policy:

 All orders are automatically uploaded to our secure merchant processor which incurs fees. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee before credit is issued.

If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, the Product Return Policy Information listed must be followed. Orders which are refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed in the Product Return Policy - including the return fee, our incurred shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee.

 

Shipping and Delivery Policy

Shipping costs will be noted during the checkout process or you may estimate shipping costs from the cart before checkout. We will automatically default to the least expensive method of shipping available, but you will have the option to upgrade your shipping to a different service during the checkout process. If Standard shipping is not available for the item you selected, your shipping level will default to Expedited service.

Shipping cost is calculated on a "per item" or "per pound" basis and is based on the level of shipping service selected . Check out our Shipping Rates to determine how your item's shipping will be calculated.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii

There is no extra shipping fee to Alaska and Hawaii with Standard service.

Shipping Carriers

To ensure that your package arrives safely and securely, Certified OnSite uses the shipping industry leaders, such as, UPS, UPS Mail Innovations, MailExpress and the United States Postal Service (USPS). You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail that will confirm which specific carrier was used for your products.

Back-Ordered Products

A back-ordered product is a product that is temporarily out of stock.

If a product you have already ordered becomes back-ordered, you will be sent an e-mail notification. After receiving this e-mail, you can choose to wait for the item or cancel your order.
